Spring 2019 Travel Survey
The City of Bellevue is seeking travel data on how students travel to and from school and we need your help in distributing this survey to the parents at your school. This annual survey will help us evaluate our strategies for the Bellevue SchoolPool program, which aims to reduce drop-off and pick-up congestion at schools.
Please click on this survey link to participate in the survey. The short, five-question survey for each school-aged child, is live until Friday, June 21, 2019.

Spring Sing Concert!
Thursday, May 30th starting at 6pm. 1st & 2nd grades will be singing from 6-6:30pm; 3rd & 4th grades will be singing from 7-7:30pm in the gym.
Following the concert, students can enjoy a popsicle out on the playground! The concert is optional for students, but we (and Mrs Hazen, our fabulous music teacher) hope to see everyone there! |

May Math Challenge
Responses to this months' Math Challenge are due to your students' teachers this week by Friday, May 31st! This is optional, of course, but a fun way to get involved with your children's learning and a fun way to be creative with math!

PTA Meeting
Mark your calendars for Wednesday, June 5th for a PTA Meeting from 6:30-8pm in the library!
We will be reviewing and voting on the 2019-20 PTA budget - see and decide where your fundraising efforts will go next year! HUGE thanks to everyone for donating to the PTA this year!
Childcare will be provided across the hall in the Art Room (along with pizza for the kids!)

Family Movie Night
Save the Date for Friday, June 7th for a family movie night! We will have the usual popcorn & water (families are free to bring their own food).
We will also be having ice cream and Melisa Salas, PLE's principal next year will be there to meet & talk with families. ALSO, Camp Kindess Counts is hosting a workshop (see the next article for info)

Camp Kindness Counts Kind World Project Parent Workshop

Tuesday, June 11th, Band & Orchestra will be having an assembly in the gym from 12-12:30pm.
Later that evening from 6-6:30pm, they will also have a concert in the PLE Gym. |
